Drew Carey has his reasons by Garret Bakalava

Drew is watching the watchers
Word is that Drew Carey also known as Bob Barker's replacement on the Price is Right will be airing a web video sometime in the next day or two over at http://www.reason.tv/.
No real details are known about the video only that among others Doubledown Tandino was contacted a few months ago and told that Carey would be "hanging out" and filming. Tandino posted a photo of Carey spinning tunes with him at the Ravelong Club in Second Life.
Last winter Parade magazine published an article about Carey and mentioned that Carey and his wife spend time together in Second Life, presumably when one of them is travelling.
Reason.tv is part of the libertarian Reason Foundatation, a non-partisan group, which is against "big government" stepping into the personal lives of its citizens. Past videos by Carey inlcude one that highlights all things "banned" in some place in the USA, including a ban on selling bacon wrapped hot dogs in LA. No laughing. It's punishable by jail time to ignore that ban.
Second Life seems just the place for Carey to wax commentary since at one time or another someone has hoped to or succeeded in banning someone or some thing.
Let's hope Linden Lab showed Carey the cornfield, that real imaginary place where many have longed to spend their suspensions.

lmao!! is the cornfield really a myth?!? I've never been there, but I suggested to LL that they should give bus tours to the cornfield to show what can happen if you grief. Sort of a SL scared straight.
